The customer's queue number is displayed on the screen. There can be multiple displays for different service types or for several terminals.

When the operator calls the customer, an announcement is played through the audio notification system.

«Fast customer» feature


Problems arise when a customer has to wait an hour for a one-minute consultation or a very quick service.

Terminals can be configured so your customers can move through the queue faster when they have a «fast» request.

For example:

You can set a ratio for «fast» customers, so that one regular customer is served after every three «fast» customers.

You can also define the period during which this feature is active.

For example, all «fast» requests may be served only from 13:00 to 14:00, and after that the queue returns to standard mode.

Customers can come at the specified time for a small or «fast» service.

Deferred queue


Customers often do not have all the required documents to complete a service and must stand in line again.

In an electronic queue, this problem is solved very simply. The operator moves the customer's request to another time slot (for example, one hour later) so the customer can collect the missing documents.

When the customer returns at the appointed time, they can go directly to the required operator without waiting.

Terminal configuration is performed through the server, so there is no need to set up each terminal manually.

Services can be added or removed, and features such as «fast customer» can be configured remotely.
